It is true but for the life of me I can't recall the username and it's impossible to search on Google for those words. I seem to recall that the Judge told the defendant off for something he didn't even know he had done wrong (he had submitted a defence but there was a minor point the Judge blamed the 'ordinary man' for) then ignored him, heard from PE's rep only, then found in favour of PE.there was one PE case last year where a pepipoo poster was all prepared and yet at the hearing the judge didn't let him speak. AT ALL. PE won.
I find that difficult to believe, is there a link?
