Airing cupboard warm despite heating/hot water set to OFF

  • Glad you got it sorted. Not exactly the same but a similar story, my heating and hot water stopped working and I thought it was the timer. Called out British Gas and he found there was no power going to it. As soon as he said this I ran downstairs and checked the switch behind the fire and it was turned off! I think OH had probably switched it as he'd been messing around with the TV leads in the same area.

    We had no ch/hw for 4 days and I had called out an engineer!
    I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:

    The savvy folks knew, :A,the guy that lived with it didn't.

    Well, lets say we placed a percentage bet so come on MM, it was the odds on favourite, if it had been the boiler he would have heard it fire up.
