Dialaphone Redemption Scheme

Hi all, I am on a redemption Scheme with dialaphone, which has now gone into administration (phones4u). I have tried to call them several times but no help whatsoever, will I still get my redemptions or have I now lost the right to claim these back? If so, can I cancel my contract as this has been breached? I am also with…

Called ee today to see what they could do as i wont be getting any redemption fees back (was still due over £80) they have reduced my bill by £14 from £37- £23 and have gave me unlimited txts and calls and 1 gig of data until the end of my contract which is April.

Wish i rang up sooner
