Thanks everyone. Calmed down a bit now was just on a bit of a downer. Going to phone nursery as its bit of a joke having heard nothing now. Also Scottish Power as been trying four about 4 months now get a refund on over credit (500 over) and keep £100 and nothing as of yet back or anything.

My boy has been put up for yellow belt after only 4 weeks. I think its quite soon and with cost of £40 arhhhh but if coach says he is ready I will :)

21 days until pay day. 1 day until tax credits in my account x

  • Email SP and tell them that you will complain to the independent Energy Ombudsman who will of course take up your case for free and unless your refund is processed in a timely manner - Tell them you will also expect compensation and added interest! or cc in energy ombudsman office ...Worked for me with different E supplier got it in two days...lol
Funny what they can make happen when they want ... Good luck with that ...and yay to the yellow belt ... xx

Thanks everyone. I phoned Scottish Power. Whilst I was on and my account fully up to date I am getting a refund of £194.96 back, I wanted to keep £100 in my account and said the dreaded words "Winter is Coming" I cringed after I said it, was like a bad audition for Game of Thrones :P

So with money due into my account any time soon. £40 will cover his grading, £80 will cover his bouncy castle for his party (my mum is taking this off me so I do not spend :D) and remaining £74.96 I will pay off to my loan :). Says be in next few days so will update when I do. So relieved as that will help out so much with everything!!

Phoning the nursery on my lunch in next ten minutes so hopefully sort that out too and get my money off them :) £27 of it roughly. This will go straight to the hall I booked for his party as well.

Nothing else to update I can think of 20 days until pay day and 28 days until next tax credit :D xx

    Warning Epic rant coming -

Nursery are saying I still owe THEM money and that they took my deposit off it! Funnily how they never mentioned my deposit before. Says Connor never had his full two weeks off last year (total lie and I provided dates and filled in holiday requests) then says i underpaid another lie and i have a letter this year confirming the amount that i pay each month! Then saying i underpaid last month payment when I asked for final fees. They can go sing before they get it!

I sent this very angry email to the manager - Hi Jennifer

Firstly I have to say that I am truly unhappy with how things are going with end of nursery and stress this has been causing myself.

I have a letter from yourself in April this year (I can scan and send you) that Connors nursery fees were £615 per month as I had been getting letters from HMRC asking me to prove what I paid and thankfully you helped me with this.

As for the two days holiday. I had a holiday slip last year that I had handed in with requested dates and Connor was off a week with myself and a week with my parents. The dates with me were Monday 23rd June to Friday 27th June (I even have facebook pics from our holiday to Blackpool during this time). My mum and dad had Connor off from Monday 11 August to Friday 15th August and they confirmed this too. These are in the holiday slips I had handed in at the time and was told everything was fine for them to be different dates.

I had asked for final fee payment and was told it was by yourself £359.08.

If you can please look back on all this as this is very stressful for me. As a single mum I get no help from anyone else and always pay what is expected. I can send the letter you gave me. Connor was off the full two weeks.

    Thanks

    Monica

Sorry but I am so unhappy right now xx
