I am getting worried about him.  Going to look over our finances more to be more fluid and try attack mine first then his.  Combined our income is amazing but we wanna beat the debt.  Also this with my oldest hes under stress with it too my boy sees him as dad now n said couple times and even well hes like my dad.  They have such bond.  He is getting it all under his skin.

I get paid next week £2850.  This is great considering and most ever been paid, though working 7 days a week I expect this .
£222 goes to nursery.  I am also sending £650 to John Paul to cover £200 Christmas meal/£450 Italy.

£100 will go to CC and also Monday DD of £11.88 is coming off taking it to £398.18

PP credit will put £20 towards that 
Also have £40 for my sons school trip which I have to pay deposit, he will not miss out in final year trip
I am also going to attack surveys and every penny counts to get this down  

I only have my nieces to buy for xmas and sorted

So £11.88 been taken for Credit Card.

Main point got served summons to court. 
My parents are demanding one over night at weekend (every weekend) and one night during the week.  As if!!!!
In their statement they wrongly - 
* my son lived with them until 2 and half - no we both lived their until he was 7 months and I have documents to prove this
*flaunting their wealth stating how they took him regular holidays and I was only occasional - they took him to Blackpools correct and I was a single mum who saved every penny took him to Florida.... not that matters I was a single mum!
*saying that because of the baby I said Connor could no longer stay - false - I said he cannot stay all the time due to fact baby here and we planning things at weekend and dont want connor to feel out and be every part of our family time.
* stated that my son walks to and from school largely himself crossing dangerous roads with third parties witness  - you cannot make this up!  He is 11 and in final year primary AND school is less than a mile away and can see... there is no dangerous roads and again he is 11 and MY decision.
* I am forcing the baby on them when it comes to connor and its restrictive - no I said I want them to have a bond with the abby and my other son... some grandparents eh....

I then found out they are stalking my son (a minor) to and from school - no third party - and intercepting him with words "our little secret" "dont tell mum".... I phoned the police.  I spoke to an officer who was very understanding and said if happens again next week (this week) phone them again and they will visit them.  This is terrifying this makes him susceptible to grooming of all sorts and is bang out of order.  Police have gave me their contact details so they will back me up.  told me to phone social services who have now backed me up and the school.  The police said the judge should throw this case out.

I am now seeking a no contact order for me and my family.  I want a mental health evaluation on both and once finished they can have once a month two hour visitation which suits my shifts in hospital in a public place with only Connor.  they will never see the baby even though they do not want him at all.


Sorry for rant. Poor abba had me on friday crying

Payday on job one.  Tomorrow is job 2.

I now also have to put aside £132 for court, a sentence I never thought I would have to say.  Will get there.  Sent £650 to JP.
This month will check sales for my nieces christmas, will not be buying any rest of them.

Got 10% for Morrisons now with blue light card so will be going over to get food and baby stuff

Hi all 

Just looking at my last post, not had energy to post at all.

I won first welfare hearing and my son does not need to go over as he does not want to.  They requested a Barr Report so they have been instructed to pay £3,000 as I refused to pay as I felt I should not have to.  Next welfare hearing is on 9th February for results of this.  My own sisters have vocally supported my parents and are speaking on it.  Family eh....  

Anyway, I will pay off the rest of paypal end of January cleaning that.  My card will be under £400 end of the month and overdraft not touched.  My eldest has a school trip for finishing primary and that is balance outstanding £150.  To be paid by end of February, I will do £75 in end February and £75 March.

My baby turns one end of the month.  I have paid for softplay just £79 outstanding, his cake £50 outstanding and his birthday cookies £25 outstanding.  Worth it  

Anyway thats it.

Italy next month gotta lose the flab.  Going to sales I need some clothes  

Oh our house is up for sale.  Hoping someone put in offer soon!!!  And we are waiting on word on another house that want to move out in May.

We have sold our home since last update and have been accepted for new one.  We have a mortgage advisor taking care of our new mortgage (will be ££200,000 yikes!)  roll on 27th May.

Court looks like will be adjourned until end of March.  Woman is coming out next week to speak to Connor we just want this over with tbh.  Hoping with Connor nearing 12 they will listen to him more.

Cleared my paypal credit (interest was going to be added by February)
Credit card is at £391 (will try aim this to be £350 by next payday ) and in Feb payday send £175 (have this cleared for March)
O/D no change (start April)
School trip sending £75 end of February (be cleared for March )
