Morning.  My new decking is up and I absolutely love it :D!  The man is coming back to construct a bannister as it is a bit high.  Cost £360 but my bf is paying for it thankfully :)  We are going to get a quote soon for the driveway and patio :)

Over the weekend I painted the decking took over 6 hours its huge!  Love it though.  Got some JE made £23 but better than £0 last four weeks.

Praying today or next couple weeks a lift on lockdown soon.  Hope all is well and payday is in 3 days woo.  Hate five week months xx

Morning.  I have been paid and some bills have beent  taken off already.. They are good like that eh :/:pensive:

Anyway decking and bannister all built and painted.  Absolutely love this!

I have now paid over £10,000 to my mortgage and just under £3,000 of that went to interest :(

Got some JE this weekend hopefully make at least £50 now more shops are opening making tiny bit extra money,  I have things to pay off.  Right now putting £250 month aside for holiday for either Nov (virus pending) or Florida next year.  Me and JP both doing that.  Also got things to pay off and save other than this.  No idea if Isle of Barra is still happening in mid July but hoping should be fine by then xx

Yippee to the decking and bannister I bet it makes such a difference to the garden and you can sit out and enjoy it.
I hope your holidays go ahead but it's so difficult to know at the moment, hopefully a few more weeks and we can start getting back to some regular routine.

The uncertainty surrounding holidays is rubbish just now Monz. We have a summer holiday booked for the end of June and I'm pretty certain it won't go ahead. But I'm actually worried that it does go ahead because I don't want to go. I don't want to go to a foreign country so soon after this. Really hoping they cancel and refund, but we've paid in full so if they don't refund, we will have a decision to make.

Glad you've got your decking and bannister sorted! IT'll be lovely sitting out there in the summer.

There's always something else to pay for. I always think the joy of saving for something/ paying something off is so short-lived because there's always the next thing lined up. Haha Feeling a little pessimistic this morning :)

    Have a great weekend!

Not posted in almost two weeks!  Oops

Not much to report, been doing what I can, when I can.  I have been

working on JE when I am able to, paying off some things that needs to be paid.  I am hoping in vain Isle of Barra is still on.  It is still in Scotland and I think holidays within our country will be fine by mid July.... hoping it is :p

I have restarted 30 day shred.  Hoping to lose 7 pounds be end of it.  15 days til payday.  Got two weeks left of being furloughed.  See what happens at the end.  Glad the numbers are going down, sad people are dying.  Take care all xx

    Hey.

So seen the new phases.  No mention of if I am able to visit Isle of Barra in 14 July.  Still hoping though.

My bf might be getting redundancy due to being an airplane engineer at Rolls Royce.  Hoping he is ok but pestering him to apply for other jobs just in case.  We will manage on my wage if the worst should happen just need to tighten the purse strings if we have to.

Got quite a few shifts this weekend.  Those will be going to payments needing sorted.  We are trying to sort both our debt and get them gone if worst happens.  Less struggle for him as being right down.
    6 days til payday xx

    Morning.
Still no news about his job, really is getting him down.  I feel nagging now for saying to apply for other jobs just in case :(.  Payday is in 4 days.  We add £250 of each our current wages into an emergency fund.  It is almost at £4k it was meant for holiday but that can happen in future, for now this comes first just in case.

The rest I am doing JE trying to help pay off things quick as we can.  We will get through this I am worried about him more, he has been working since 16 and worked so hard to get into Rolls Royce.   He has also only lost his cousin just after lockdown happened and they grew up as cousins.  Now this.  I will be there for him no matter what and will get through this though.

Once I pay off Isle of Barra (slowly accepting this will likely not happen and postpone to November) I am focusing on one of his cards mainly.  Been splitting JE with this and his.  My paying off Barra will be done in few weeks and also my niece birthday £100 to that.  Then its full on attack of his card.  Just throw everything at it.

Sorry for long post :) xx
