Had an absolute nightmare yesterday, my solicitor is s**t! Phoned me saying the sellars feeling overwhelmed to sign and he suggested awaiting another 3 weeks! em no!!! Thankfully the daughter text me saying not to worry and reassured me her parents are going to meet solicitors to sign ASAP. Was in tears but looks like its sorted! Still awaiting the forms he promised me ysterday morning for deposit where to send and for security form
