I sent my deposit straight to the lawyers bank account so they should give you the banking details but I had to get mine off the receptionist as my solicitor was useless and I'm assuming HSBC will pay the sellers solicitors directly a couple of days before your completion date.

Well that's how it worked for me just phone the solicitor and book an appointment to speak to them as it's no the long til you get the keys xx

I lost 1.5 pounds! Never been so gutted to be half a pound away lol contemplated chopping my hair off haha! So now for next week aiming for 2.5 pounds that means I get my stone award and also my Club 10 certificate..... hoping haha I blame the chinese I got Saturday night :P

So according to my solicitor via email they are finishing up the new missives and my contract shall be finished this week and I can then visit for measurements.

Two weeks!! Quiet weekend this weekend. Gonna try dismantle my sons bed... try lol maybe an A and E visit from this :P

So quiet weekend did not happen I went out for a "couple drinks".... I got very drunk it was bad like memory swiped. I have barely recollection and was apparently all upset fell out with a friend and my boy mate came got me..... I am safe to say not drinking again for a good while. Also spent more money than I have. Need to honestly get myself together, truly cannot handle my drink

Likewise monz, went round to my friends for wine and a catch-up, ended up going out. Totally blown my budget and now have very little money left until payday.
