It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

I mailed my mortgage adviser and she says underwriters have approved it and awaiting valuation team to sign it off which should be soon and will let me know.

Never again lol! Hoping Friday will know more. If not will mail her Friday when I finish work.

Been at training all week and not ate the sandwiches.

Also forgot to add had my first weigh in SW and lost 6 pounds in my first week :) xx

I've been reading your thread from the beginning - what an amazing achievement going from debt to first time home owner.

I've not seen anyone on the thread mention QMEE. It pays you for some (not all) searches you do on Google. It also lets you take surveys. I also use Receipt Hog - basically you take snaps of any receipts you get and when you've uploaded a certain number you get paid. Neither pay out huge amounts, but it builds steadily for not much effort. HTH

Thank you Animaltribe! Hope I was not boring :)! Will have a look :D

Not been able to do surveys as out training all this week for work. Going to be a proper Welfare Rights Officer :). Before was just admin

2 weeks until payday :( and most def counting lol!

Hoping tomorrow I get final confirmation of mortgage all gone through with valuation team. I was told I can mail my solicitor and request a move in date, so will look at my calender today. I also worked on my spreadsheet and tweaked it for "mum loan" and payments to that and what I will be left at end of month. America will be put off for another year but its for a good cause :) xx
