So had a great day Saturday and got a letter from hire people. I have to pay £250 in 14 days for a scratch on the car!!!!??? My mum is getting our lawyers to call them cos no chance i cannot believe it £250!!!!!

Totally devastated. Solicitors we work with have told me to photo copy their letter and they will handle this for me, says no way should I be paying... see what happens
