It's home-based abba. It's a crazy fit American guy who makes you sweat like a beast! So effective though.

You can buy the DVDs and the meal plans for £100 but I'm pretty sure all the workouts are either on YouTube or you'll be able to download them from somewhere.

It's way to intense for my level of fitness at the moment, so maybe once I build up the fitness a bit more I'll get back into it.

Just paid for me and my sons travel insurance £5.65 and aparently I get £3 cashback from TCB so not bad. Holiday covered for insurance :D xx

When I first started I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and just cut out crap and still ate what I wanted just in moderation and no crisps/chocolates, lost 11 pounds in that then worked way up to insanity. I made a group and now have 7,500 members in fb lol. Its mad but brill group :D

VO is at £3.65 hoping to get £5 today.

Quiet weekend planned aka tonight get home insanity then dinner then ironing (ooo I know wild days here) then tomorrow complete week two and then clean house out :).

Yesterday I got more abusive messages from that girl saying I am a bad friend and should be there for her... joke. Told her to get to.... and leave me alone. With the amount messages and abuse I could actually get a restraining order I have been told lol.

13 days until payday. I am giving myself £10 for the weekend (hope I dont go too wild ;)) but since I have everything in and food prep sorted wont need anything plus got my vape :D

have a good weekend everyone xxx

  • Morning monz,

Good that the abusive messages have stopped, should never have started in the first place!

You're smashing these surveys as usual!

    Dxxx
