Only a complete fool would suggest there was a direct correlation between house prices and the share price of one particular company... this probably explains why "the bulls" don't have much to say on the subject while the HPC crowd are wetting themselves with excitement.

Exactly, so by your own admission that's proof there is no direct correlation between house prices and the share price of one particular company.

TWO particular companies
countrywide and foxtons peaked at the same time and have been declining ever since
both profit from rising house prices
