    That's a hefty drop. It's now moving into a territory where I may be interested in opening a small position. Even the dividend yield is now beating a lot of savings accounts - despite this not being a share one would ever select for the dividend.

    If the share has dropped because of a recent sharp downturn in London volumes (which is what the release says) then the dividend will likely follow.

    seems like an over reaction, though markets tend to do that

  • 5 of the 11 price reductions in stratford today are foxtons listings.
    looks like the boot is on the other foot now.
