I understand what you're saying eyeballpaul, the thing is everyone who has had this email too, who's commented on here, has said that they've only entered within the specific t&cs and haven't had say ten members of their household enter which could appear excessive.

The Terms and Conditions of this promotion state that a maximum of two entries per person, per day are allowed. However, our records are showing that you appear to have been entering more than the permitted number of times a day by using multiple email accounts/details.
This message is to inform you that we regard this as a breach of the Terms and Conditions and we will only allow your first two entries per day to count towards the final prize draw.
If we see continued suspected breaches of the Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to request proof of identification and we reserve the right to disqualify your prize draw entries.

I hope Cadbury's take me seriously, as I am incensed.

Dear Mr Gould,
We do indeed have a Tom Brand working here, and he was tasked by the client, Cadbury, with sending out an email in response to a pattern of entries occurring on the Win A Banger promotion.
We and the client have systems in place to monitor multiple entries in excess of those allowed in the terms and his note was simply a restatement of the desire for fair play and was not making accusations of any type.

This is the reply I just received to my email from Cadbury's.Thanks for your email although I am very sorry to hear about your recent problem with Win A Banger promotion.
I have written to you via letter regarding the problem and have enclosed a voucher which can be redeemed in major retailers with the exception of Tesco’s at this time.

5 days and still no reply to my email from Tom Brand so I have forwarded my email on to their generic email address. I want an apology from PromoVeritas, as they are the ones who falsely accused me.0
