I've just had an email from them accusing me of using "multiple email accounts/details"!
I am absolutely fuming! I have never cheated to enter a comp, I only use one identity, my own! Not my dog, long-distant related cousin or six month old child!
Has anyone else has this?

P.S. I thought I write on here before I replied to give me five minutes to calm down.I am writing to you regarding your recent participation in the Cadbury Win-A-Banger promotion.
We at PromoVeritas are overseeing the promotion and ensuring that it is run fairly and compliantly.
The Terms and Conditions of this promotion state that a maximum of two entries per person, per day are allowed. However, our records are showing that you appear to have been entering more than the permitted number of times a day by using multiple email accounts/details.
This message is to inform you that we regard this as a breach of the Terms and Conditions and we will only allow your first two entries per day to count towards the final prize draw.
If we see continued suspected breaches of the Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to request proof of identification and we reserve the right to disqualify your prize draw entries.
Thank you for your interest.

ask them for what information they hold considering their records only 'appear' to show it
Maybe someone with the same name has entered. They can no doubt track through which providers servers the emails were relayed through.0 -
i have only entered for myself and my husband has entered too which should be ok , do not understand it0

Thanks sax, I'll do that.
mysticwen, I wonder if they've sent out a blanket email to all entrants, or is it a scam? I've just realised there's no signature as the end of the email, which is unusual.0 -

Someone else on facebook has had this email too.
Maybe they have been sent out in error?
I have entered it once a day, not had an email though - but I did check for her to see if everyone had received it.Wishing you all good luck!

snakepilsen, the email was addressed to and referred to me by name.
If this was sent out as a sort of blanket email, I can't imagine that Cadbury's would be too pleased that honest consumers are being accused of cheating and, in my mind, tarnishing the enjoyment of the brand to some degree.0 -
