resorthoppa no show?

sorry to put on this thread but didn't know where else I could put it. basically I found myself, like many others that I have now read about on topcashback site, with a no show. paid £23.00 and then after a no show, 100 euros for taxi to airport. what would have happened if we had not got any catch, little I could have done at 5am tried ringing them all week from resort to confirm booking as they ask, was anxious about getting a car big enough for wheelchair, but none of the numbers worked and the company they had farmed us out to had no number at all. then on day of travel finally and very bizarr but number was suddenly working again, got through to someone who spoke little English but eventually we confirmed the pick up for later that day but as I said, no show, wrote them long email explaining all what happened and they have now got back to me saying, the company had me down as a no show and they would not be issuing a refund. can I take this any further and if so, to who?
