I believe it was a malicious act to report me for looking tired
Is it fair to ask my employer to tell me who reported this to them?
Do you think they should tell me or keep this persond identity hidden
Thanks

Is this a different "looking tired" than what happened in May?

No, they are not obliged to tell you. Why do you believe it was malicious?
I agree with gettingtheresometime, the number of problems you have at work would indicate it is time for either a change of role or a change in attitude.0

I strongly believe that any reports against a fellow employee should be anonymous and therefore no I don't think you should have a right to know.
Looking tired sounds like a stupid reason to report someone though, or were you actually asleep?0

Why - if someone has been reported a few times for silly things and they suspect victimization, why shouldn't ones accusers be identified?
The alternative is to leave an employee suspicious of all their coworkers0
