Help !
Last Sat, 13 September, we received a letter from Miah solicitors, demanding £stupid for parking behind a cinema 2 yrs ago. There was no windscreen ticket, nothing whatsoever received until this.'
What should I do now !

    Don't ignore this , you need to respond to these people robustly, will put a link on the thread in a bit by Daisy, she tells you how to respond to this in it. Do they mention pofa 2012 or keeper liability in the letter?
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    That's very good - keep it that way and don't let him say who was driving. What date was the parking incident in 2012, before or after 1st October 2012??

    I would edit the above posts, nobody needs to be writing down on a public forum that the PPC reads who has done what, keep em guessing

    First thing to do is to stop telling us who was driving and remove any previous reference on here.

    Parking companies do read this forum and may use this against you.
