I think it is getting harder.

Last year three hols, two smart phones and two smart tvs

This year just a few r/u

I entered the Medion World Cup comp to predict the scores of every game played. The winner was supposed to be taken from the ten best predictors. I reached a top ten position and didn't win. I haven't seen them declare the winner and havent seen anyone post here to say that they won it. When I ask who won I get no reply. I think, possibly wrongly, that there will be no prize, and I somtimes wonder about other comps where they don't bother to hand out the prizes.

I'm very disappointed to read on this thread how poor the judging on judged competitions seems to be.

Feeling bitter right now as I done a Lands End competition where I actually put a lot of creative effort in and made a nice Denim Mood Board knowing it was judged. They announce the winners today and not to be offensive but how they were judged better than mine was beyond me. One person had put one Denim item on their whole board.

And then Currys were doing a "JUDGED" Pinterest comp based on creativity. I spent ages on photoshop creating pictures for my board, made it all Purple to match their own pictures. They announce 7 Winners today and their boards are terrible. One guy only put about 5 random pictures on it, and this was supposed to be judged on creativity....... They also stated on terms that it ended at 11:59pm tonight so people could still enter today. Yet they announced all their winners 3 hours ago ruling out anyone who planned on entering tonight.

These companies are pathetic.

Maybe it was the double denim thing with the landend comp?

I'm annoyed about the currys one though because that blokes board was pants!

Well after me pointing out that Currys had broken their terms and conditions and allowed people to go to maximum effort when they clearly did not bother to view the boards.

Their reply to me on the matter was....

"Commiserations, better luck next time."

I've won more this year but I have also been entering more, so I don't think its been a bad year for me personally.
