They were about as helpful as your question. What's the make and model of your tablet - there may be something someone knows about it, like in post #9, that could help you, since getting your money back looks difficult.

As noted above, I responded to your question based on the information you provided. However do also bear in mind that if I and my fellow comedians did not respond to your (non) question it would not have been bumped and you would have had even less chance of getting any advice.

And fyi - you still haven't actually asked a question / stated what your problem is!

Don't take the folk too seriously, they will help if you can give more details. Jelly Bean is an operating system, like windows is to a PC this is to an Android Pad or phone. Tell then the make and model of your pad and hey can help. It maybe the pad which is the problem and not the OS.
