Saw a property over the weekend a few times. I liked most features except it does need some refurbishment in the garage; and the kitchen is okay but very basic. i offered vendor £215k as quick buy (finances all ready to go for this & no chain) but vendor wants £15k more. interesting I come home to find 2 letters from EA..
1st letter confirming my first offer & noted as rejected (strange as my offer was verbal to vendor not via EA)

2nd letter confirming "my 2nd offer" of £225k stating as "under consideration" - weird as I made no such offer of £225k to EA or vendor. ...is an EA trick or genuine mistake by EA?
