With both my email addresses they are not recognised at all.0 -

I used Belarc Adviser to get...
CyberLink - PowerDirector
Hewlett-Packard - WebReg $SerialNumber$ Microsoft - Internet Explorer DYY)e Microsoft - Office Enterprise 2007 8XXX4 (Key: QXXXXXXXXXXX8) Microsoft - PowerShell XXXXXXXXXX Microsoft - WebFldrs XP XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Microsoft - Windows Defender 8xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I also think that another office suite would tide the OP over. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Belarc and jellyfish do not bring up the correct references0

Thank you to all the positive responses I received from you all.
2013 is gone, I'm very disappointed that MS would not resolve and that Dell could not full resolve my issue all because I lost the required codes and they do not keep records.
***** WARNING TO ALL. KEEP PRODUCT CODES SAFE AS LOSING THEM CAN CAUSE UNNECESSARY STRESS *****0 -
If I were to wear my cynic hat I would say I could smell spam a mile away. But Im bored and have little else to do so I will humour this post...
Your title is "MS Office lost keygen or..." you don't get keygens with any product, so if you had a keygen in the first instance and lost it then I'm willing to bet you didn't have legitimate software and this is why MS and Dell wont help you.
From what I have seen in the past, keygens will usually come with pirate software.
That is quite a sob story too, however it doesn't make any difference as to how anyone can or should help you. If you managed to lose important documentation and didn't keep record of your license keys then by all means you have no one to blame but yourself and should take this as a lesson to always back up in some way shape or form critical information.
Now that I have said that allow me to offer some help...
"You likely won’t need to recover or replace the product key if you purchased Office 2013 online or it’s been installed once before. To install Office, go to your account page, sign in with the Microsoft account tied to the product and click the Install button.
If you’d prefer to install Office using a disk and you need the product key, you can find it on your account page. Under the Account Options, click Install from a disk. On the next screen, click on I have a disk, and then click on the View your product key button to display the install product key."
That is from Microsofts webpage. It tells you that if you have the CD like you should have, you have the serial too. Problem solved?0 -
Not sure why it is so important to use MS Office when there is a lot of equally good free software available. How about trying the 2013 WPS suite.
You save documents in Word format etc.0 -
Libre Office will do 99% of the same job, for free.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I would hazard a guess that the op wants to use the software they have paid for rather than another alternative that lacks something like Outlook, seen as they mention that app by name.0

No no I promise that this was legitimate.
Maybe then I am saying the wrong this, maybe product key or activation code as not sure the correct term to use.
Thank you for the latter part of your message. I've been online and neither email address I would have used appear to have any legitimacy to them which is quite bazaar as I'm 100% I used one at time of obtaining MS Office 2013 Home and business.
Looks like I've learnt an important lesson and maybe if I hadn't managed to get a debilitating disease for life or having child on way thn maybe I may have not have misplaced or lost it.
Thanks againIf I were to wear my cynic hat I would say I could smell spam a mile away. But Im bored and have little else to do so I will humour this post...
