Is there an entry on the left hand side that corresponds with an Office program?0 -
No, just Windows 8.1 and Windows information.0

As in this picture, there are many entries on the left. Click on the one that has written 'Microsoft Office'....

Nifty,
You know an awful lot more about computers than I do, so you will probably know if the following would help.
From the way I understand it, the OP purchased MS Office and installed it, and since thien they have lost the licence key.
After the loss, they somehow managed to reinstall Office and now can't reactivate it without the key.
As it's been reinstalled, I assume that this is why Jellybean can no longer find the keycode.
Would doing a system restore back to a time before the reinstallation (if there is a restore point available) then allow jellybean to find the key code?0 -
If your record keeping is simple and you have some spare time and you fail to find your key... try Office 2010 starter (basic Word and Excel)

Actually as I treated my outlook 2013 as 2003 I decided to repair it as many times in the past successfully. MS OL 2013 doesn't work this way and hence how I managed to reinstall 2013. Not as planned, suspected nor clearly instructed whilst doing so.shaun_from_Africa wrote: »Nifty,

If it's Office 2013, you should be able to sign into Office.com and reinstall and activate using your Microsoft accountSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0
