I have no experience of this company, my point is that by replacing two letters with asterisks, you are fooling no-one.

If N**r visit this forum (and I'm sure they do then they will of course spot this.

On the other hand, many companies also reply on google to report instances of their name being plastered on forums.

Why make things easy for them?

Excuse me 4CR but where did you get the authority to issue instructions here?

If you want to me to do something please have the courtesy to ask me (not instruct me), to do it yourself instead of through a proxy, and to explain why.

Then, and only then, will I consider your request.

Oh sorry Bazster didn't realise you would be so prickly about a polite request the answers as to why are all on this thread. ......

the common objective is to help OPs on this forum and you usually do so with such skill :)

The request came via a proxy as you were offline at the time and I am pretty busy and do not often post.

I received a polite request by PM, but not from you: you described it here in the forum as an "instruction". And why get someone else to do it? You could've PM'd me yourself.

And when are you going to declare yourself as a company representative and be duly verified as per the forum rules?

Getting away from all the bruised egos and back to the OP's problem. Does your friend own his own property? If so the name of the landowner will be on the lease. If not, then it will surely be on the landlord's lease.

Has your friend contacted the landlord on your behalf to see if he is willing to help you?

We work best when we are on each others side, not on other's backs!

No slight was intended, I am sure, just a desire to remove the PPC name from searches.

Lloyd, it js your friend who should be leading on this, he pays the service charges. The PMC have no obligation to provide you with any information. In any case, the Head leaseholder's name will be on your friend's lease.

Could it perhaps be that the freehold of the block of flats is owned by one of Mr de Savary's company?

Not sure that's likely - they tend to own car parks near shops etc., and I am sure I have read other Nappppier threads, maybe on pepipoo over the past year or two, where they were infesting a residents' car park. And no, they didn't own it. And yes, they lost at POPLA on 'no GPEOL' in the end.
