N*****r have appeared a lot in the last 2 days, but I don't know much about them. I would have to a forum search on their name to advise. The main issue with ***** is that they own some of their P&D car parks. They almost certainly don't own this one, it's not P&D, and anyway that sign points to a bog standard "no GPEOL" win. The standard approach would be fine IMO.Je suis Charlie.0

Totally agree. In this case, they should be treated as a "normal" PPC and MSE members should not treat the outcome of this case with any future cases where N*pier have principal status.0 -

Would advise you omit recovering your costs bit though for this company.
btw N**pier have issued court claims and lbcs before for residents parking
