Latest land reg figures are out and zoopla has accordingly updated it's estimates.
I'm up £15k on the month!, Kerching.
But have to admit the market is cooling slightly in my area, so I'm guessing the rise is due to the lag in the LR figures

To support this, out of interest I looked at our house which we bought a year ago. Zoopla gave a figure of increases over the last 3-months, 1 year etc.
Since moving in we have added a double garage, increased the parking and a few other odds and sods. I refined their description and the price actually fell from the pre-improvement price!0 -

Zoopla is a crock of sh*t at being specific, they've got houses on my road all at wierd prices.
Out of interest a 2 bedder near me has just gone up for £650'000. If I made that kind of price now ( and my place is nicer and only 500 yards away ) I would be looking at a price increase in less than two winters of the best part of 130%.
Let the Ally Pally trend be your friend ...Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -
If I started a gloating thread called "how much did you earn last month?", I would be quite rightly ostracised for being a ****.0
