Interlink driver - aggressive, tailing, horn honking stain

Just sent this raging email to Interlink after their driver was aggressive yesterday. I hope they do something, I am all for having a bad day and people may be a bit snippy, but I was actually scared and I think that's when it goes a little too far. I've also provided the exact time and number plate of the van, so fingers crossed they know who it is.
Good morning
Yesterday I was driving in ***,*** yesterday. I was leaving the car park when I noticed that your Interlink driver was also leaving the car park, he was behind me. I left the car park and was moving on to the bypass. Your driver was tailing me, then attempted to undertake me. He was behind me as we reached the junction to move on to the bypass. The car in front of me didn't realise that the red light was not for them, and so stopped at the junction. I slowed down and stopped behind them.
Your driver then proceeded to slam his hand on the horn until the driver had pulled over. He then continued to tail me until he moved over to the other lane.
I am disgusted at his aggressive behaviour. I have never felt so threatened in my car in my life and it's ridiculous.
I want you to take the correct action in this matter. As an experienced driver I was able to handle that type of aggression, but I can imagine that if he had attempted that behaviour with another person, it could have been a very different outcome.
I await your response.

Sounds quite intimidating, did you get the registration?0

What do you consider 'the correct action'?0

IMO, the only "correct" action that they could take would be to interview the driver concerned and inform them of the allegations and ask for their opinion/version of events.
If the driver denies that it happened, nothing else should be done as without any further evidence, it's only one person's word against that of another person.0 -
If the driver was interviewed and denied all knowledge, obviously nothing would be done.
But perhaps it would make him think twice before doing it again.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Actually, there were 3 of us in the car so I have a couple of witnesses if they needed to be called. I just want him to be told that his behaviour was unacceptable. I hope they keep some kind of record of their employees? Maybe give him a warning or something?
I'm not sure. But, a telling off would suffice!0 -

If you have no further evidence and the driver does not admit it then it will be a conversation and no further.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -

Oh, well a conversation's nice, isn't it!0 -

I can see both sides of this.
So the car in front of you stopped incorrectly at a set of lights that were not for your lane of traffic? I would also use the horn like the van driver did.
For the rest of your post, depends what you mean on tailgating? If he was tailgating as you say, as soon as you slowed down in the first instance his van would have gone up your @rse - So i dont think he was traveling as close to you as I think your depicting.
You class yourself as an experienced driver. In my opinion, people that do that are often the worst on the road.0
