What would you consider the correct action?
For the company to speak to the driver, to get his version of events (which I assume would differ) and then just ask him to be a bit careful in the future. However I'm not the OP.
There are a lot of topics posted on here where the OP doesn't really seem to know what they want as an outcome. I often ask this question just so they have some idea. You normally get a much better response when you know what you want.0
