Parcel2Go and YODEL Terrible Service

I used parcels2go for the first time this week. Never used a courier before and I too was disappointed with the service. Selected next day delivery with Yodel when it hadn't arrived next day I contacted parcels2go livechat, they were going to look into it and email me back. No email but parcel turned up the day after. I don't think i'll use them again.

Collection and delivery are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a 96% success rate.
Collections are between 7am – 7pm.

You called next day, despite using a service that aims for 1-2 days delivery.
