  • Yes it will be worth appealing to cost them money and they lost the contract too...plus xercise4less lost plenty of members ...what a mess they created.
  • I've emailed the manager at Wigan Xercise4less regarding my PCN on 2 occasions and he was more than useless. So I emailed the CEO this morning and have received a reply :

    "our discussions with the parking company are ongoing and I believe we are sitting down with them early next week to resolve this very unfortunate situation. We will keep all members notified of the progress as we make it."

    I would be inclined to email the CEO back and say that the only resolution you as a customer would accept is the cancellation of all PCNs issued by the PPC to all customers of the gym.

  • i also had a reply from the CEO - i replied again telling him Xercise4less are fully to blame for letting this rabid company loose on their members without a procedure to protect them. I dont expect they will resolve this satisfactorily.
