    DWP have been shedding staff like its going out of fashion the past few years.
    so the workforce has got smaller whilst the workload has increased.
    osnt hard to work out why there are so many delays

  • Hi, im glad your wait is over :) i rang them yesterday just to check if my form had been received.. I had forgot if i posted it or lost it.
    They said a decision is normally made within 6 days, i cant believe you had to wait weeks :(

    I'm hoping you posted it! I think ESA is dealt with in different areas around the country, hopefully your area are faster at dealing with SDP forms and 6 days is indeed closer to the truth!
