Jackie - you,ll only be a 5 min walk from me LOL Glad you all enjoyed your holiday roll on next summer :)

Glad to hear your GS,s mates rallied round to help him, they sound like a good bunch. I offered my DD my ancient phone for the Bestival, just in case of loss/theft, but at 18 she know,s best and said no thanks - we,ll see........

    Good evening folks

Meanmarie tomorrow I'll say hello lol. Good luck with your colonoscopy, I've had plenty of them, not nice.

I did my first day at the animal sanctuary. Today I learned how to look after the cats. They're all so loveable, especially the one with no tail that jumps on your back! I walked a couple of dogs too. Tomorrow I learn how to look after the dogs. I'll be working there mon, tues and fri 9-12. Hours to suit me, after all it's voluntary.

Came home and shoved a bowl of chicken, bacon and past in me. I got the recipe from here. It was delicious. Took my own dogs out to the lake and let them swim, didn't really fancy a big walk. Swimming tires them out just as much. A quick tidy up of the house and I did something today that I've never done before. I washed my own car!!! that's a fiver saved.

Got the kids from school, did homework and had a lovely dinner of slow cooked beef, roasties, Yorkshire puddings and veg. Although dd1 claims she doesn't like beef, but then she's been moody all evening. She's up in her room now, best place for her:mad:

i would just bung them in frozen but not at the start. i find frozen bits can go a bit soggy if in too long

Will have to hope for the best, at work all day and this was the only way I could think to have it all ready for eating at 6 (planned for friends LO bedtime).

    Thanks though
