here we are nearly 3 months down the line....and nobody from Vodafone has been able to explain why their staff in call centres and online told me my order didn't didnt exist....yet they still took money from me....bit of a serious flaw in their systems...yes I got refunded....but no explanation....still waiting....

No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere
