that relates to the return of the phone...nothing that's been done on here
and why did I start a new thread? ... because it's been going on too long, I've been told lies and if I can persuade one person NOT to go with Vodafone...I'll be happy....

Although they don't specify this, I'm pretty sure the 48 hours excludes weekends. You should hear from them tomorrow or Wednesday at the very latest.0

which is really part of the problem as every email you send needs 48 hrs to get a response...
e.g. send them an email
48hrs later they reply asking for info
you reply
(add another 48 hrs) they say can't find anything
you reply why not
(add another 48 hrs)
they say, send us info
(add another 48 hrs)
they say need more info
and so on....and there we are, in the above example, 8 days wasted already and no further forward...I have been asking since 21st August and they still haven't passed the first hurdle...so no urgency on Vodafones part to sort a problem...but I'll continually update on MSE.:money:No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -
I completely understand. It's been almost eight weeks since I first contacted them. Every time I've emailed them since then, I've been told they're 'chasing' the issue up with the relevant team. They've clearly made no progress whatsoever over these last few weeks. At the end of this week, I can finally complain to the ombudsman and hopefully get this sorted once and for all.0

I spoke to him a week before last. He said he was going to be away so his colleagues would pick up on emails.0
