Evening all. We have been down to Cheshire dogs home today and the amount of public there showing support was brilliant. We managed to speak to some members of staff there who I must say are doing a brilliant job with the dogs from Manchester. Can I just emphasise on the (manchester dogs) when the tragedy happened, Cheshire took on all the surviving dogs from Manchester even though they were full with dogs from their own local areas. This means that they have staff working in... days off to ensure everything is in place. Due to a high volume of donations being sent there, they have now had to outsource storage for the donations given. With packaging and everything else, thus has took its toll on their own rubbish facilities and are now struggling. I would like to ask if there are any local skip companies to Cheshire dogs home who could help with 2 skips. I myself will be calling se local skip companies if we are unable to aquire any to see what can be done. It would be great if this could be done. Also the have a barrier which has come down which I will add a photo of if anyone can assist locally to them. Another bit of good news is that we manage to see 4 surviving dogs from the fire one of which is to what the vets have said astonishing! Sandy, who is in the photo suffered severely from the fire and the will to live is outstanding! She still isn't 100% but hopefully she will get there. We have decides to have her as our little mascots for this page and will be adding another photo later as our profile picture. Many thanks to everyone keep up the good work and support. Mine were bigger than yours and I had to catch as many as I could in a pint glass, they were quite lazy/dozy when first hatched. Then rush to have my shower before anymore hatched out from where the light fittings should be.

I don't have any lights in my bathroom. :o

Was talking to DD2 on the phone yesterday, telling her we had lights in the new garage now and she said how can you do that before you have even got lights in the bathroom. :rotfl:

Think she is hoping she might be able to come home and have a bath at Christmas. I do have plenty of bubble bath. ;)

But I can see what is going to happen when garage is finished inside, Mr TS will be away for couple of weeks for work and floors will not be sealed so that I can move stuff out of the bathroom into it.

Just had a thought TM, do you reckon something dropped down the plughole when you filled your bath up with glitchy stuff for the calendar pic!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Yes perhaps I can blame it on Sally Hansen.

The problem is getting worse. We've now found the blighters in the utility room sink and around Oz's cat bowl which is in another part of the house.

    Evening :)

TM I don't know much about plumbing or flies but my dad always told me not to block holes as you will just push them to go elsewhere so if you have blocked up holes this could be why you are finding them elsewhere, but I could be talking rubbish:o
