    Morning everyone.

Is anyone currently a Royal Mail Private Panellist? Or have you been in the past?

Just recently joined it and was wondering how many have won the daily prize draws, golden SMARTs, monthly prize draws and what type of seasonal gifts do you get? TIA

Have you read this thread karlie? :)

I've been dong it for a few years Karlie, 6 months on / 6 months off. I've won the £10 daily draw a couple of times, never won the monthly or Golden SMART.

You get 12 x 1st and 4 X Large each month, and a commemorative set twice for each 6 monthly stint.

Seasonal gifts, I've had a little box of mini choc Easter eggs and a diary at Christmas.

Have been on the panel for more than 5 years. Never won anything. It's a LOT more work than it used to be. Monthly stamps, occasional first day covers, a diary the last couple of years. If you don't live near a PO or your sorting office it is not great. You may be posting up to 10 items a week (then other weeks it may only be a couple). More than 1 item a day, one in a PO, one in a box. Requests to return all your SMARTs, then you cant send you items the next week as you're waiting for more SMARTs. Enter your holiday well in advance but still get items to send whilst away which means you have even more to send when you get back. You may need to take a box to the PO. I'm resting again at the moment so hadn't come across the golden SMARTs. Then you get idiots sending you things incorrectly because they haven't read what to do or just can't follow instructions. I report people regularly who write on the envelope the details of when to send, where, time etc. The correctly delivered & unaddressed surveys are the best bits.

10 Ways advertised it a while back & I think think people had a clue what they were signing up to or the commitment it requires.

read the thread for a VIP code and it drops to £152 odd.

No clue if it is any good, or will do what you need it to, but it is brand new and cheap.

Thank you all, some great advice there.

    :T

Just logged in online and done some reading.

Seems simple enough, stick labels on correctly, insert SMART if needed, post in correct place, record mail that's received online.

    What could possibly go wrong?

    :rotfl:

Have to say though that posting 2-10 items per week for £11ish worth of stamps per month is pretty pants; even with the odd incentive. Will stick with it for this cycle and see how it goes.

    A question please.

I need to return 2 things to Marks - still with original wrappers - the receipt is missing
Will they issue me with a credit note even if I have no receipt?
If the answer is yes - that's still good :T

Or will they make me do a swap - still Ok sort of

Its tights and I only got them last week - hopeless
