I've suffered terribly over the years from bloating. Chronic gut ache etc but didn't know what it was as sometimes wind release eased things but beaky stayed bloated.

After 4 children (all large babies) I do have a 'baby belly', lack of muscle tone and some fat. I cut out white bread to begin with and feel loads better but still am bloated. NO NERFY IM NOT PREGNANT :p :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

  • Does anyone know when Tesco do their "back to school" mega price reductions? A couple of years ago it was they day the kids went back to school. They had toys and drinks bottles etc all reduced by up to 75%

I went to Extra today (hoping it might be today as our schools back) but sadly no. I did see sa taking a cage of toys out back. The only thing I can remember in it were a load of blue/white water pistol type things and something owl like, but the cage was full of loads of different toys. Also the shelf where they have the lunchboxes was completely empty. So hopefully tomorrow.

Is there anyone working at T's that know?

    Many thanks

I've not had any emails from BS yet, I don't mind waiting though ;)

Which reminds me, I'm sure I have a gift set or two from BS hidden away somewhere. They are big ones too so they are obviously hidden in a place I've not been into for several longggggggg months  ;)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Emerald you need to do an exclusion diet.
No wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy or eggs for one month then add things back one group a week. Worked for me.
Wheat and gluten are my definite bloaters, eggs can if as a meal and I eat dairy as much as I want. Best done with Drs on board.
I have a book somewhere I will see if I can find it.
    V x

What else is left though and thanks :)
