I think I would have to pay quite a lot of money for tests , I don't think you can get them done on the NHS. I ve tried allsorts and I can honestly say nothing has worked. Pre and pro biotics may have helped but doesn t stop the bloating.

When I next need to go to the drs I ll mention it again but they just look daft at me when I show them my profile cos I'm not fat anywhere else just look a good 7 months pregnant. Some of it is probably no muscle tone with having 3 kids and some of it is a bit fat but the bloating makes it look even worse.

Emerald you need to do an exclusion diet.
No wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy or eggs for one month then add things back one group a week. Worked for me.
Wheat and gluten are my definite bloaters, eggs can if as a meal and I eat dairy as much as I want. Best done with Drs on board.
I have a book somewhere I will see if I can find it.

I was just looking for a particular photo (which I haven't yet found :( ) when I came across this, which I thought Mildred's DS might like. It was taken at Tyntesfield, near Bristol, if he fancies a visit :D

    Or a food diary.

Write down what you have for breakfast, lunch and evening meal, all drinks, snacks etc and score your bloating out of 10 about four times a day.

After a week of keeping the diary, you may see a certain food type giving rise to a higher score on certain days.

    ;)

  • :rotfl::rotfl: haha! that's brilliant. I'm after some loo roll too so I'll keep my fingers crossed with you. We have 9 rolls left....not packets...rolls  I will have to buy some in Home bargains until something comes along. My DD is 5 and she uses way too much loo roll. We go through one nearly every 2 days. xx

This is why I'm glad DS is a boy, he uses lots of loo roll as it is so I dread to think how much he'd use if he was a girl  :rotfl:

We have been waiting for new trousers and top since Christmas last year  I have two nice leather belts somewhere upstairs :) One is sparkly silver the other pale pink. The pink one would look nice trousers , cap and tabard are navy blue and the tops are a pinkish colour.

Well done on your PP :T

Its an awful feeling when you think you have lost something. Glad you remembered it was sat waiting by the yogurts :D;)

Sorry emerald couldn't resist but seriously try eating non processed food and oat products rather than wheat
