    Good Afternoon :)

Two kitchen staff in when I arrive and they both said they could tell I had lost weight :T:T:T

The other one didn't say a word :D mind you she is a bit  . She moaned she had put weight on :rotfl::rotfl:

I went and got changed into my uniform and :dance::dance: Trousers are now a lot slacker , I could even get my hand down the front while they fastened :D (Nerfy :naughty::p;)):dance::dance:

Cleaning wasn't that bad kitchen wasn't that dirty.

Wish I could lose a bit of weight can t even lose an ounce nowadays. I think I'm intolerant to dairy as well as wheat as I ve been cutting it out these last few days. Then I go and have my free drink from cafe Nero and up it swells again :(. I don't know what to eat. Poor Hungry Susie lol

Had a nice run this morning before my C&C ;)

    I'm running a marathon in 3 & 1/2 weeks in Berlin, can't wait it'll be my first. Today I did 10 miles - jog 1mile, sprint 1mile x5 - was quite exhausting.

Anyone here like to run or done any marathons?

Here's my C&C from 2pm... got some suncream because it's 50p instore and £3.50 online (2 for £6) - it's a good way to reach the minimum spend without spending £25. I was indeed only charged 50p each on collection.
The Guylian Belgian Chocolate Seashells are amazing! I wish they were for me but they're a gift.

    No thanks :p

Afternoon all! I understand something is going on but one of the benefits of having the ability to block means I don't have a scooby-doo what :)

FC have a wonderful break sweetheart. As others have said, you're always so kind, even when you've clearly got a full plate and a lot of worries yourself. I hope you come back refreshed and can tackle things head on with DH, however it plays out. Lots of photos please!

I've also got a beer and cider invite from Orchard. Wahey!

It's going straight over my head too. Think I like it that way :)

Did anyone else place a BS order? I still haven't got the faintest idea if mines coming or not yet :o

    Wow...new thread time already.

Must have been the chicken breast glitch that moved things forward on the last thread.

    :rotfl:

Thanks SD for a (fairly) new thread.

    hello

for anyone who buys 'free from' food, the big summer promo in T has finished and there are lots of 75% reductions :)

Items aren't all marked down on the SEL so worth a quick scan to check and stock up.

Lots of UDI products in my Extra including 2 pack choc muffins 45p, 5 pack apple breakfast bars 82p, 5 pack chocolate banana cereal bars 75p.

Hope this helps someone save some pennies - these products are extortionately priced and its not a lifestyle choice :(

Thanks for the new thread SD and thanks to all the posters of cute pics :)
