When you ve checked your email for the security code you go on to the highstvouchers website and register. There you will see all the offers available. If you want Asda ones click on that and add what you want eg 1 x £5 and 2 x £10 then pay for them as if you were using a credit card . Wait for them to arrive in a few days time then spend in Asda.:)

:D thank you so much for taking the time to explain how to order them. :AHopefully will get them in the next couple of days :T
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

I think I would have to pay quite a lot of money for tests , I don't think you can get them done on the NHS. I ve tried allsorts and I can honestly say nothing has worked. Pre and pro biotics may have helped but doesn t stop the bloating.

When I next need to go to the drs I ll mention it again but they just look daft at me when I show them my profile cos I'm not fat anywhere else just look a good 7 months pregnant. Some of it is probably no muscle tone with having 3 kids and some of it is a bit fat but the bloating makes it look even worse.

I've suffered terribly over the years from bloating. Chronic gut ache etc but didn't know what it was as sometimes wind release eased things but beaky stayed bloated.

After 4 children (all large babies) I do have a 'baby belly', lack of muscle tone and some fat. I cut out white bread to begin with and feel loads better but still am bloated. NO NERFY IM NOT PREGNANT :p :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Emerald you need to do an exclusion diet.
No wheat, gluten, yeast, dairy or eggs for one month then add things back one group a week. Worked for me.
Wheat and gluten are my definite bloaters, eggs can if as a meal and I eat dairy as much as I want. Best done with Drs on board.
I have a book somewhere I will see if I can find it.

Eagerly awaits the book title

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
