I've suffered terribly over the years from bloating. Chronic gut ache etc but didn't know what it was as sometimes wind release eased things but beaky stayed bloated.
After 4 children (all large babies) I do have a 'baby belly', lack of muscle tone and some fat. I cut out white bread to begin with and feel loads better but still am bloated. NO NERFY IM NOT PREGNANT:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

For anyone near one of the Mr T stores that had the "lifestyle" section (Gluten free, vegan etc.) this summer, lots of it is down to 75% off.
Most of the stuff in my store had dissapeared. Maybe sent back to supplier?
But some bits were scattered in freefrom aisle and in other aisles.
I got a few bits all gluten free stuff:
Bfree fajita kit with 6 wraps & salsa £1.37
Rice pasta 60p odd ... sorry I lost my receipt !
Free'ist sugar free chocolate 75g 37p
Earth Balance nut butter £1
Some other nut free nut butter type thing made from soya.
Other bits I cant remember but look for new range of free from stuff with no SEL.;)"I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again."

Not a very successful afternoon for me. collected Mum to take her for a rheumatology appointment. Lady says this is for Monday !st Sept and today is Tuesday 2nd  and you are down as DNA, did not attend, so can only rebook through your GP. Not sure how she managed to mix up the day and date.
Next took her to a small M&S as she wanted some Gift Cards, but would not buy them because she didn't like the designs
On way home the road was completely closed due to a motorbike and car crash, lots of police cars and ambulances, hope the poor people involved are not too badly hurt.
Home now and not moving, unless there's a super glitch.0 -

I think anon or aau posted you could us them to put money into paypal then transfer to your bank account again.
Hopefully someone else more knowledgable will be along soon to help.
You can indeed use the cards on PayPal - you need to add the card to the Wallet then decide "who" you need to pay (not what, as there is a commission payable by the recipient!). Easily sent by email address to "who" you owe/wish to give a gift to (no fees payable on either side). I owed Mrs Anon who also has PayPal - I help her look after her accounts and she generally chooses to pay me back from her bank account after she has withdrawn her balance ...
