    you dont get it, when a default is removed it goes back to its last status, e.g 5 missed 1,2,3,4 etc
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    Wow..that is seriously understanding of them...considering you still had their property which was never returned.

    it was returned but their repair centre never received it.

    My default is not being removed. It is staying (accurate record of account conduct) but is being marked settled by Three rather than being left as outstanding. The debt is also being recalled from the debt collection agency (Past Due Credit)

    Checked my file today and the default details have been removed. It has been changed to "settled", all the payment details are green and the account has been marked as closed.
