I have still not heard anything back from them after appealing online.
Can they claim they haven't got the appeal? Actually i found the email confirming i sent the claim.

Follow it up - in case they pretend they have already replied and that your POPLA code has expired (if you left it till later on).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I had a letter from UKPC when I got home on Saturday (finally)
They have now cancelled the ticket :j:j:j:j
And added about an Admin error la de da.
Just gotta say thank you to you all for helping me :T0 -
