    I have still not heard anything back from them after appealing online.

    Can they claim they haven't got the appeal? Actually i found the email confirming i sent the claim.

    It was submitted on the 7th October

    Follow it up - in case they pretend they have already replied and that your POPLA code has expired (if you left it till later on).

    They don't have a direct email address so i#l have to do the contact us form on the site.

    I had a letter from UKPC when I got home on Saturday (finally)

    They have now cancelled the ticket :j:j:j:j

    And added about an Admin error la de da.

    Just gotta say thank you to you all for helping me :T
