    you get a free certificate of posting from the POST OFFICE, by posting it there and asking for one
  • Please dont advise people to post appeals to UKPC its wrong advice
    UKPC have a live system along with Parking eye/PCM where you can not put a wrong combination of REG/PCN number and its logged immediately on their systems the minute it is sent and it generates an automatic email reply.

    So basically copy and paste the template on the online system but put the *I am* Registered Keeper obviously not the Driver

    It makes no difference for UKPC to be honest it will be cancelled straight off
