Hiya everyone and thanks Natty for the thread, Dusty for last week and Iona for the challenge.

Best wishes and vibes for Bonnie's DS exams.

My challenges for September are to clear out the balcony boxes, refill and plant loads of dillydaffs and I am going to tackle the cane toad of paperwork in the study.

I will only be here Monday and Tuesday this week as then away on holidays for a week. Going to see my DS who lives in Ibiza and enjoy some sunshine :D

Actually managed to finish lists last week and I have just finished all the ironing :j So going to try to keep all tidy before I go and have a quick s/s around on Tuesday afternoon and empty fridge.

Hope you all have a marvellous Monday

pigpen – (1) get the back room rebuilt and (2) sort the girls’ room.

    what have I done?

I need to wallpaper the loo and redecorate the front room and make some curtains too... as well as all my Christmas present making and 3 school runs a day for the next 2 weeks..

The backroom might be difficult for the next few weeks until the furniture comes, esp as I cannot afford the flooring or the fireplace sorting out at the moment.

Morning flyladies, pinch and a punch and all that.

I won't be joining in a September challenge as I just won't have the time, but in my summer challenge I did actually do two drawings which is more than I would have done otherwise.

So far today, I've stripped our bed and put the bedding in the washer. About to refill a handwash thingy, put clean bedding on, get dressed and clean all the upstairs windows inside. It is raining here today, but I'm hoping to also fit in a dog walk before the paid stuff.

    Have a great day everyone.

  • Morning everyone

Dancemum, isnt it lovely when someone compliments you on your kids.

Grey, dull and raining here. Sort of fits with how I feel. Paid stuff for both jobs with a bit of dog walking and some flying in between. Oh and I need to work out why some of the stuff I listed on ebay isnt showing a gallery picture, even though there are pics in the description?

DS2 back to school tomorrow. Have a good day all x

I've done everything I intended to do this morning including walking the dogs, so am about to put more washing on and will then spend half an hour doing tasks from today's list before the paid stuff.

    Good morning lovely ladies!

I woke up this morning buzzing with positivity (not sure what is going on there...) as a reult I had a very energetic start to this morning :D

Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc[/STRIKE]
Wipe all the windows in these areas!!
[STRIKE]Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Wipe out a dirty cupboard... get rid of everything you no longer need and make it all pretty and tidy![/STRIKE]
    Extra Mission : help yourself
      [STRIKE]
    • S&S over the hob and oven
    • Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!

  • Morning all - late up again after another bad night - this time I couldn't get to sleep!!! Think it may have been the knitting until 10!!!

Thanks for the threads Natty and Dusty.

Pigpen any idea how much wool I'd need for a gstitch scarf PLEASE! 60 stitches wide - I don't seem to have done much so far and seem to be halfway through 100g ball already. Only bought 200g!!! Think I may need to find another and do a sort of stripey one?! Otherwise the little girl next door will have a very short wide scarf for winter LOL!

Have already re-sorted my already sorted wardrobe and culled a few more things for cs or car boot. I am being really ruthless - shame I don't seem to be able to do it with the paperwork.

Ionafan. My paperwork challenge looks so non-specific and boring I'll probably the f word again like I did in June! Please change it to:
Clear desk from dining room table to elsewhere, sort and file contents of large plastic box correctly, shred DS old school work - after scanning "to keep" items. Try a new SW recipe each week and lose 4 more pounds.

Have a long list for self, DH and "to do/ make him do" for DS so will crack on with that as it is our only full day at home. Catch up later.

    Posi-vibes for exam retakes Bonnie.
