Customers should not be prioritised over ability to pay per call, they already pay for customer service as part of a airtime agreement, someone will challenge it. If 2 min calls durations are stuck too that's £15 more profit per hour per staff member.
The EU will step in at some point, we know Ofcon will drag their feet like a witch with a house ontop wearing red shoes.
Why?
Do you also disagree that different hotels shouldn't be allowed to charge different rates? Pay for the penthouse suite and get a butler and chef on call 24 hours a day, pay for the box room at the back of the hotel (or a Premier Inn room) and you get a kettle and a couple of tea bags.====0
