Why don't you send the CEO a copy of that letter of 7th July 2014 referring to an agreement dated 1st January 2014, and ask him why these were not produced in the response to your FOI?

I am Baz, but I am gonna wait and see what they send me today as per his letter yesterday. If I don't receive everything I'm expecting then that letter will also end up at the ICO as Proof of how obstructive they have been and failing to comply with the FOI Act.

I like the last line best, you would think they would know me better than that by now...

They have sent me the name change document, but it still refers to APCOA Facilities Management (Harrow) Limited, company number: 3481526 and not APCOA (UK) Limited, company number: 02572947.

So they still haven't provide proof of contract with APCOA (UK) Ltd, and certainly no mention of the agreements/letters that APCOA have provided to the DVLA. Another email to the ICO, me thinks.

I won't comment on the GPEOL, other than :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

They are included day-to-day staff wages as part of the "losses". Those wages would have to be paid even if no one broke their rules.

Makes me think that the replies are being drafted by APCOA, and the trust don't understand the situation.
