For future reference I would always feed a cat 4 times a day. They like to come back and forth for their food- it's how they naturally eat.
However I hope he feels better soon

Sorry to hear it was bad news from the initial test....am hoping for a brighter update when you get the next results in.
I do believe that the liver is a forgiving organ, and can re-generate. perhaps if only part of his liver is affected then surgery might be an option.
