Why is your broker not dealing with this for you?
Get something from the solicitor in writing to say when you need to exchange/complete. Get this to Aldermore.

The thing is he is but things seem so slow
We are suppose to exchange today but solicitor said he carnt do anything till he recieve the forms0 -
Update - we had our new documemts issued today so hoping our solicitor recieves them tomorrow0

Why has the price been renegotiated so close to exchange?
Good to hear its all sorted. It can be faxed but it is not faxed as standard. Because it was a reposession and we had to up our offer but application was already been processed broker didnt inform them till yesterday. Thanks for that will keep that in mind our broker told me that there was no other ways the solicitor could recieve them but via post just praying for no more offers on the house0
