  • Hi there. Did you get your offer through yet? We had our valuation on Friday 22nd August and had a call off our broker the following week to say we have passed the survey. We are now just waiting for our valuation through the post!
  • Hi no we are still waitin on our offer feels like we have been waiting forever for it our broker has been on holiday and is back in the office tomorrow hopeing for some news then

  • You will have to wait at least 12 days before you get an offer we had a call from aldermore yesterday asking a few question and said we would no about our offer by the end of the day so waiting to see if our broker rings today hopefully some good news

  • We recieved our offer today but have to let them now no that the price we are paying has increased which we are paying cash for hope this isnt going to be a problem and then we can sign for the house also how long does it take tp recieve offer in post
  • Ours was done on the Thursday, and emailed, the postal copy turned up on Saturday.
  • Anyone no how long we will wait for a new offer we recieved our offer through the post today but the house price had changed by 2000 which we are paying the extra to our deposit so no lending anymore but we need our offer to state the correct house price how long will this take its just one thing after another
  • Anyone no how long changes take do we have to wait for new documents before we can sign for house tried calling solicitor had no answer ?
